Before each project has begun, a 50% payment will be collected. Once the payment has been made, the process begins with a detailed questionnaire and a phone conference if necessary. I will then supply you with samples within an average of 1-10 business days, depending on the project. If your project is time-sensitive, just let me know, so I can make you a priority.
A rush fee may be applied if you need the project completed immediately. You will be made aware of this fee before any work has begun.
